What a wonderful reunion!!
It had been so longgggg since we had our meeting last time, I reckon it was held on Aug 8, 2006; not sure, though. Anyway, I really would like to thank Tahn for being such a great organizer for this kind of stuffs; she had been able to invite 6 friends within only a few days, comparing to me and Bob who finally ended up inviting no one!!
Today, we had our meeting held at Ootoya @ Siam Paragon. While we were having our lunch, tons of computer-and-technical words flew across our heads. I was really happy to see all of you being unchanged, except that some of you looked older (for me, the oldest T_T), and a few of you were gaining more weight hahahahhhh!! By the way, Ootoya’s menus are awesome! Thanks Pare for her suggestion. But in case of green tea, I prefer Fuji’s original taste la. After we had finished our main courses, we went to have ice cream at… ??… where wa?? Who made this suggestion? Please supplement its name. Again, I liked it A LOT; never tried it before, this was my first time.
It was my idea in the first place to scope down our invitation to Computer Science friends only. I think we will be more opened to share our these years of IT (and ,in some cases, super-technical) experiences among us; Com. Sci. I don’t want to have a meeting that 20 or more people come to join, then finally divide themselves into several scattered groups of close friends. (Quality > Quantity) I believe you would get my idea after our meeting today. ^_^
